Day one !

Happy new year and welcome to my online garden diary.

I aim to update this on a daily basis and report all the jobs i do in my garden. The everyday boring and mundane things from feeding the chickens and checking on the sprouts to the exciting things like building a new raised bed or harvesting the first salad leaves of the year.
I hope this will be of interest to other gardeners and poultry keepers alike and i will try and include some pictures where possible.
